This Privacy Policy covers the website evercall.us and our AI receptionist service.

### Cookies & Tracking Practices
We use only essential cookies for site functionality (e.g., session management, form security, calculator functionality – client-side only), as detailed in our [Cookie Policy]. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking cookies, or any third-party trackers. No personal data is collected or shared via cookies beyond what's needed for the site to work. No third-party tracking scripts are present. All form submissions (name, email, phone) are handled per this policy and not shared beyond service providers.
### SMS / Mobile Information & Opt-in Details
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services (e.g., Twilio for delivery). Information sharing is limited to subcontractors solely for providing the Evercall service (e.g., call handling, automation, message delivery). All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
### Website visit & opt-in form
**Purpose:** Provide website access, process opt-in form submissions for demo requests or inquiries.
**Collected data:** Name, email address, phone number, any message you write, technical data (IP address, browser type, device information).
**Legal basis:** Legitimate interest (operation of website and responding to inquiries).
**Processors:** Webflow (hosting, USA), Calconic (calculator, client-side only).
**Retention:** Form data 12 months; server logs 90 days.
**Transfers:** All data stays in the United States.
### Demo / test call
**Purpose:** Let you test our AI receptionist; improve service quality.
**Collected data:** Name, phone number, business details, call transcript, recording (if enabled for quality).
**Legal basis:** Consent (given when you request the demo call) and legitimate interest (service improvement).
**Processors:** Vapi (voice AI, USA), Twilio (telephony, USA), Make.com (automation, USA), Cal.com (scheduling, USA).
**Retention:** Recordings and transcripts deleted 30 days after the demo unless you become a customer (then kept for service duration + 30 days).
**Transfers:** All data processed in the United States. You can avoid recording by not requesting a demo.
### Use of the Evercall service (live customers)
**Purpose:** Answer your business phone 24/7, book/reschedule/cancel appointments in your calendar (Google Calendar or any calendar you prefer), send optional SMS/email confirmations (only with consent during the call), improve the bot.
**Collected data:** Caller name, phone number, appointment details, voicemail messages, call transcripts, recordings (for quality improvement), business information you provide for bot training.
**Legal basis:** Performance of contract (providing the service) and legitimate interest (service improvement).
**Processors:** Vapi (voice AI), Make.com (automation), Twilio (optional SMS), Cal.com (calendar bridge), Google Calendar or other calendar providers you choose.
**Retention:** Call data deleted 30 days after subscription ends; billing data 7 years (tax requirements).
**Transfers:** All data processed in the United States. SMS/email confirmations only sent with explicit consent during the call.
### Payment processing
**Purpose:** Process monthly retainer payments.
**Collected data:** Billing name, email, payment method (we never store full card details).
**Legal basis:** Performance of contract.
**Processor:** Stripe (USA).
**Retention:** 7 years for tax purposes.
### International data transfers
We focus on U.S. customers. All data is processed and stored in the United States. We use processors certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
### Children's privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
### Data security
We use encryption (TLS), access controls, regular security audits, and pseudonymization where possible to protect your data.
